Influenced by plant medicine ceremonies from deep in the Amazon jungle, this shamanic experience weaves tribal beats and angelic frequencies that guide you on a journey between shadow and light. Using the ancient and sacred technology of breath, we open the channel between body and spirit. 

Lena is a trained facilitator who will create an unconditionally loving container while inviting you into surrender, release and expansion. 

Verbal prompts will encourage you to explore what is beneath the surface, while shamanic tools like drums, rattles and tuning forks support the opening, movement and amplification of the energetic and emotional body. 

Breathwork is one of the most powerful ways to expand awareness and receive life-changing perception shifts. It can release dense energy, trauma, limiting beliefs, and suppressed emotions that are stuck inside our tissues and nervous system.
