Shamanic Breathwork

Influenced by plant medicine ceremonies from deep in the Amazon jungle, this shamanic experience weaves tribal beats and angelic frequencies that guide you on a journey between shadow and light. Using the ancient and sacred technology of breath and sound, we open the channel between body and spirit.   

Lena creates an unconditionally loving container while inviting you into surrender, release and expansion. Special guest Caitlin will be channeling the medicine of sound, synergistically supporting the healing and realignment of the physical and spiritual body.   

Verbal prompts will encourage you to explore what is beneath the surface, while shamanic tools like drums, rattles and tuning forks support the opening, movement and amplification of the energetic and emotional body.   

Breathwork is one of the most powerful ways to expand awareness and receive life-changing perception shifts. It can release dense energy, trauma, limiting beliefs, and suppressed emotions that are stuck inside our tissues and nervous system.
